Refund on FLO Smart Terminal
This article will walk you through the refund process.
- After logging in to your FLO Smart Terminal, tap on the Navigation button (on the top left corner) or simply swipe the screen to the right.
- A new screen will appear, click the Refund tab and enter the amount to be refunded.
- On the Refund screen, enter the amount to be refunded by using a virtual keyboard. Use the Clear button to edit the amount.
- And finally, click the Refund button at the bottom.
